EEVA Connect was born from a simple belief: that every Filipino deserves a shot at success — no matter their background, education, or ability. What started as a small initiative to help a few virtual assistants find meaningful work has grown into a nationwide effort to create real digital opportunities for those often left behind.

We’re based in Albay, Philippines — a province rich in culture, talent, and untapped potential. From this local base, we’re building a movement that connects Filipino talent to global online work — starting with those who need it the most.

Our Mission

To help aspiring Filipino Virtual Assistants — especially out-of-school youth, single parents, digitally able PWDs, and career shifters — launch meaningful online careers through accessible training, real opportunities, and a supportive digital community.

To become a gateway for aspiring Virtual Assistants—especially in rural and underserved areas—to discover online work, develop in-demand skills, and connect to real opportunities in the digital economy.

Objectives

Introduce the concept of virtual assistance to underrepresented groups—particularly in remote and rural areas.
Provide entry-level training, orientation, and project-based learning for those seeking to start a work-from-home career.
Build a legally registered nonprofit organization to support sustainable outreach, training, and support services.
Create a job-readiness pathway for aspiring VAs through hands-on practice, mentorship, and client exposure.
Organize live and virtual events featuring global speakers to inspire, educate, and connect aspiring online workers.
Recognize the growing VA industry through the VA Excellence Award
Promote local tourism and community pride by hosting events that welcome international guests and speakers.
Partner with LGUs, schools, and small businesses to identify participants and amplify community impact.
Seek sponsorship to provide laptop giveaways at each training event, helping remove one of the biggest barriers to entry for virtual work.

Why We Exist

Remote work isn’t just a convenience — it’s a lifeline. But for too many Filipinos, the path to getting started isn’t clear. Lack of access, training, or support leaves thousands behind.
