Professional Journey
Rowena began her career as secretary to a business leader in the abaca industry, where she honed her organizational skills and learned the value of precision and adaptability. She later transitioned into business management as the manager of Ombac’s Grills and Restobar and Ombac’s Boarding House, where she oversaw daily operations, guided staff, and ensured quality experiences for customers and tenants. Her leadership style—firm yet compassionate—earned her the trust and respect of her teams and the communities she served.

Today, Rowena continues her vocation of service as a caregiver, embodying compassion and responsibility in every aspect of her life. As a single mother, she also brings strength, empathy, and resilience to her role, showing that true leadership is grounded in both professional dedication and personal integrity.
